ECTA digitalization workgroup 2022 is creating 2 new best practice guidelines

This year, the ECTA digitalization workgroup will put its efforts on 2 new ECTA best practice guidelines related to the creation of Transport invoicing standards and Truck and driver data standards.

Last year, the ECTA digital workgroup released a best practice guideline on Transport Order data standards in Bulk Chemicals and on Equipment master data standards. With these efforts, the ECTA digitalization workgroup wants to contribute to more effective digital collaboration between the different chemical logistics actors.
In addition, it wants to strive for more harmonized data formats and common data definitions to reduce the IT complexity. Furthermore, it wants to increase the quality and accuracy when sharing logistics data.
